No. The strategy layer is different. When I manage email alone, I'm working with whoever lands on your list. When I manage Threads alone, I'm building an audience without controlling what happens after they subscribe. When I manage both, I control the entire arc. I know what belief a thread introduced on Tuesday, so Wednesday's email can build on it. I know what your welcome sequence covers, so your Threads content never accidentally answers the questions that sequence was designed to raise. That coordination is where the extra value lives.
Two reasons. The strategy work overlaps significantly when both channels are managed together, so I'm not duplicating effort. And the results are stronger when the channels are connected, which means better outcomes for you and better case studies for me.
