Founder, Beef Up Media

Most businesses treat email like a content channel. They send tips. Share stories. Drop the occasional promotion. Hope people buy.

I hate to say it, but that's not an email strategy.

Email works when every message has a job. When the welcome sequence changes what a new subscriber believes. When weekly emails quietly build the case for your offer. When sales emails land on people who already want what you're selling.

That's what I build.

What's included
1

Full Email Strategy

Built around your offer, your audience, and your positioning. Not a template I recycle across clients. Your business has its own psychology. The strategy should reflect that.

2

Emails Written in Your Voice

People should read your emails and think you wrote them yourself. I study how you talk, how you think, how you explain things. Then I write like that. Your personality stays intact.

3

List Growth Strategy

Landing pages, opt-in forms, thank-you pages, and social teaser posts designed to attract future buyers. Not freebie collectors who'll never open their wallets.

4

Welcome & Evergreen Sequences

New subscribers get a conversation that changes how they see their problem and positions your offer as the obvious solution. This runs on autopilot and gets optimized frequently.

5

Weekly or Biweekly Emails

Frequency depends on what your audience and strategy need. Every email strengthens one belief that moves someone closer to buying.

6

Full List Management

Segmentation, cleaning, deliverability. Clean lists mean more people actually see your emails. More visibility, more sales.

7

Offer Ideation & Sales Strategy

Workshops, masterclasses, mini-courses. Smaller offers that generate revenue between your bigger launches.

8

Direct Access to Me

You text me, I respond. No junior writers or account managers who've never read your positioning doc. You get me.

Who this is for

You're making at least $5K/month in your business already. You're selling through social media, calls, launches, or ads, and it's working well enough.

Email is either nonexistent or underperforming. You know it should be doing more. You just don't have the time, the skill, or the patience to figure it out yourself.

You want someone to take the whole thing off your plate and make it profitable.

"I've worked with Rahul to launch and optimise my newsletter called the Creator Bizz. Working with Rahul was an absolute pleasure and you will not see me say this for many people.

Rahul understands the email marketing scene in great depth. His knowledge is current and his ability to convey that knowledge to his clients is impeccable. He was prompt where we needed execution and patient where we needed further clarity. He's optimistic, genuine, knowledgeable and absolutely fluent in the language of email.

I'm basically only going to Rahul for all my email needs now. If you are looking for help with your email marketing strategy or operations please don't waste your time and engage Rahul as quickly as possible."

Frequently asked questions

Most email writers focus on writing good emails. I focus on why people buy. Those are different problems. A beautifully written email sent to an audience that was never going to purchase still produces nothing. I look at the full picture: who's on your list, how they got there, what they currently believe, and what needs to change before your offer feels like the obvious next step. The writing is one piece. The thinking behind it is where the results come from.

Email strategy compounds. Month 1 is setup and learning. We're building systems and figuring out what your audience responds to. Month 2 is optimization based on real data from real subscribers. Month 3 is where we double down on what works and cut what doesn't. Judging email strategy after 30 days is like judging a workout plan after one gym session. You'd be measuring setup, not results.

You can but I don't recommend it. The reason you're hiring me is so you don't have to think about email. When clients insert themselves into the approval process, it slows everything down and usually waters down the strategy. That said, if there's something genuinely off-brand, we'll catch it during onboarding when I study your voice, your values, and your boundaries. You'll always have visibility into what's going out. But the whole point is that you trust the process and focus on your work.

This investment won't make sense for your business right now. You'd be better off validating your offer and building some momentum first. I'd recommend the consulting offer if you want guidance on getting there. Once you're consistently generating revenue and ready to scale through email, that's when this becomes the right move.

I don't promise specific revenue numbers. What I can tell you is that my clients have collectively generated over $4M in email revenue, and the average open rate across accounts sits at 55%. Results depend on your offer, your audience, and your market. What I guarantee is a strategy that attracts the right people and builds the beliefs that make buying feel natural. When those two things are working, sales tend to follow.

I personally write every email and build every strategy. This isn't an agency where your account gets handed to a junior writer three weeks in. Five clients is the limit where I can do my best work for each one.

That's most of the businesses I work with. You have subscribers, you're sending emails, and nobody's buying. Usually the issue lives upstream: the list attracted the wrong people, or the communication reinforced beliefs that keep them from purchasing. The audit in month 1 diagnoses exactly where the breakdown is, and we rebuild from there.

Most clients stay. The strategy keeps getting sharper, the results keep compounding, and the emails keep bringing in revenue. If you decide to move on, you keep everything we built: the sequences, the strategy, the frameworks, all of it. Nothing disappears when we stop working together.
